RMD Property Management, Inc., a division of RGN Construction & Remodeling, Inc., and managed by David Klaiman, is a full service management company currently providing management in three Essex County communities north of Boston.

The types of properties we manage include:

•    Condominium AssociationS (<40 units)
•    Commercial Buildings
•    Vacation Homes
•    Single and Multi-Family Homes
 
Administrative services include:

•    Comprehensive monthly management
•    Regular site inspections
•    Assist with capital planning, budget and reserve requirements
•    Monthly invoices; collection and processing of condo fees and supplemental assessments
•    Process and pay association bills
•    Monthly reconciliation of bank accounts
•    Preparation of delinquency notice & collection letters as directed by Trustees
•    Arrange for liens when directed by Trustees, through an attorney
•    Coordinate annual meeting with Trustees and Owners
•    Attend homeowners' meetings
•    Provide information to Owners and Trustees to facilitate decision-making
•    Detailed records and accounting reports
•    Provide competitive bids on service contracts, maintenance and repairs
•    Negotiate service, maintenance and repair contracts
•    Work with Trustees to meet all of your community needs and goals

Maintenance services include:

•    Coordination and supervision of all common area maintenance and repairs
•    Scheduled maintenance
•    24-hour emergency service
